 Work Station Assessments are delivered by experienced Occupational Health Physiotherapist who have lots of experience working with individuals to government organizations. Work Station Assessments are suited to people who are getting discomfort at work or are needing an ergonomic assessment or their work space. 

In order for you to be at your best at work it is essential you feel comfortable while working. we can help you address any workplace discomfort early on preventing any further problems in the future.

Each work station assessment is done by a professional Occupational health physio with experience and interest in ergonomics and biomechanics. This ensures you get a fully comprehensive assessment which includes:

• Ergonomic adjustment and set up of work station
• Advice and discussion around any musculoskeletal complaints
• Job/task analysis
• Posture education
• Education around postural stretches and micro breaks
• Adjustment to work station set up

Our Assessment takes between 30-45 minutes to complete

A detailed report is written and sent to the manager and employee giving suggestions which can be used to improve the work station set up.  This includes:

• Practical suggestions to improve the set up
• Details of the issues discovered 
• A summary of the advice and education given during the assessment
• Changes made to the workstation set up
